  Important Dates

February 6th, 2025: Submission of draft papers (2000-5000) and extended abstracts (600-2000).
February 6th, 2025: Invited/Special Sessions proposals. Acceptance of invited/special session proposals will be done in about one week of its proposal via the respective conference web form, and final approval will be done after the inclusion of at least five papers in the respective session
March 19th, 2025: Notifications of acceptance.
May 15th, 2025: Submission of camera-ready or final versions of the accepted papers.
September 9th, 2025: Conference Starts
September 12th, 2025: Conference Ends
Some invited sessions might have a different timetable according to its organizer and chair
